We currently deliver to most locations across India through trusted courier and logistics partners.
If your location is not serviceable, our customer support team will contact you to discuss available options.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timelines are:
- Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 5–10 business days
- Remote Locations: 7–15 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.
- We may offer free shipping on selected products, order values, or promotional campaigns.

are natural characteristics of handmade products and are not considered manufacturing defects.
